Conditions for Accepting Returns

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Deliveries accepted Monday–Thursday 9:00–16:30 and Friday 9:00–15:30.

Please include your order number inside the parcel.
Unauthorised or unlabelled returns may result in processing delays.

5. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a free replacement or full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Please notify us within 30 days of receipt by emailing info@eonkind.co.uk, providing your order number and (if possible) a clear photo of the issue.

Once approved, we will cover all reasonable return postage costs and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
