For change-of-mind returns, you have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, provided the product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
We also offer our 60-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee. If you try an EonKind product and it is not the right fit for your routine, email us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll guide you through the refund process.

Item arrived damaged—what now?
Email info@eonkind.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
For damaged deliveries, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can handle the courier claim quickly.
If the product is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, your statutory rights still apply. Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
For our 60-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee, approved refunds are usually processed within 5 working days after we confirm your order details.
For statutory returns of unopened products, refunds are processed after the return has been received and inspected. Bank processing times can vary.
Can I return opened products?
For standard change-of-mind returns, opened supplement products cannot usually be returned for resale for hygiene and safety reasons.
However, EonKind’s 60-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee gives first-time customers extra reassurance when trying a product.
If you have opened and tried the product and it is not the right fit for you, email info@eonkind.co.uk within 60 days of delivery with your order number and a brief note.
