2. Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are picked, packed, and dispatched from our fulfilment centre:

Processing times: 1–3 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).
Orders placed after 1 pm Friday or during weekends are processed on Monday.

Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your courier tracking number.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

4. Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link by email or SMS (if provided).
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please:

1. Check with neighbours or reception;


2. Check your Safe Place if authorised;


3. Contact our support team within 7 days of the scan date so we can open a courier investigation.

5. Delivery Delays or Force Majeure

While we make every effort to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

Courier network disruption (weather, strikes, peak season)

Incorrect or incomplete address information

Force majeure events (fire, flood, pandemic restrictions, etc.)


We will keep you informed and take reasonable steps to resolve any delay, but we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Entries

Please ensure your delivery details are accurate at checkout.
EonKind Ltd is not responsible for delayed or lost orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an address error, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional postage fees may apply).

7. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel does not arrive within 10 working days after dispatch (standard service), please contact info@eonkind.co.uk.
We will raise an investigation with the courier and, once confirmed lost, will either:

Send a replacement at no cost; or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

8. Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please:

1. Take clear photos of the packaging and contents;


2. Email them to info@eonkind.co.uk within 3 days of delivery.

 

We will replace or refund affected items as appropriate and handle the claim with the courier on your behalf.

9. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

We currently deliver to one address per order.
To send products to multiple addresses, please place separate orders.

10. International Shipping

At present, we deliver only within the United Kingdom.
We may expand to the EU or other regions in the future; any update will be announced on our website.

11. Refused Deliveries / Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is refused at delivery or not collected from the courier’s depot within the holding period, it will be returned to our warehouse.
Once received, we will refund the product cost minus the original delivery fee.
